- Event streaming/recording: We will stream your event live on Facebook, YouTube or another Content Delivery Network (CDN).
- Viewers restrictions: You can restrict viewership to a limited group or make it fully public.
- High-quality equipment: We provide 2 full high-definition cameras, recording and streaming equipment and an operator.
- Audio Equipment: We offer Wireless microphone or sound taken from the existing PA system
- High-Definition Streaming: Your stream will be available in 1080p
- Digital Recording at full HD (1080p) provided. Video editing is available at extra cost.
- Embedded content: We can embed video or PowerPoint into the live stream.

Technical Details and Conditions
- For optimal streaming quality, a minimum upload speed of 4.5 Mbps is required for full HD 1080p. If the available bandwidth is insufficient, the live stream will be broadcast at a lower resolution.
- We use our own bonded Internet connection for live streaming, but in some cases, we may need to boost it with an on-site connection after conducting a technical evaluation.
- To ensure optimal streaming quality, a technical evaluation must be done on the premises before the event. Please place your package order at least four working days in advance, and full payment is required.
- Live streaming involves a complex process that may be affected by factors beyond our direct control, such as CDN failure, internet failure, equipment failure, or other factors. In the event that your live stream cannot take place due to any of these reasons, we will make an attempt to upload the recording after the event, and you will receive a refund of 20% of the total cost. In the event of a major failure that makes both recording and streaming impossible, you will receive a full refund. Please note that no other compensation is available
- Price: For up to 2 hours: $580. For up to 4 hours: $1040. An extra charge of $85.00 per every 15 minutes applies for sessions longer than the contracted time..
- Prices for Live Streaming are only valid for Melbourne’s South Eastern suburbs. Contact us for pricing in other locations.
